The rotating house has 2 levels – the residence is on the upper level and the 4 vacation rentals are on the lower level. The house can do one full revolution before rotating back again. It takes the house about an hour to make a full rotation and the speed is so slow that you wouldn’t notice the movement unless you were looking out at a fixed point of reference.

Not only can we position the house to take advantage of weather conditions, but the views can also be enjoyed in all parts of the house (e.g. wake up to an ocean view in your bedroom or watch the sunset in the living room).
