Infusion Experience **NEW** Guided Tour & Hands-on Infusion

This tour includes a welcome cocktail and starts in our orchard. From there, we head into the production facility for a behind-the-scenes look at our stills and equipment, and we walk through how we craft our spirits and liqueurs.

The second part of the experience is a hands-on element, guests choose a bottle of either vodka or gin and create their own custom infusion using over 20 fresh and local ingredients. We offer suggested recipes or you can get creative! You’ll create a custom label and cork your glass bottle (with a decanter-style top), and take it home!
